We understand that the key to our success as an accounting practice is to make certain that our client's expectations are exceeded. We can only exceed our clients' expectations if we provide quality work, on a timely basis, in complete confidentiality, in a friendly manner and for a fee that is fair. If we fail in any of those areas, we will fail as a firm. Only if we succeed in all of these areas will we be succesful. Therefore we will focus our efforts in these five areas. |

When you engage a CPA firm, you expect the firm to prepare a tax return or financial statement that is correct, 100% correct. Our goal is that we will provide a work product that is error-free. And even though it may not be possible to never make a mistake, we will have processes in place to minimize the chance of error occurring. All entity tax returns and financial statements will be reviewed by at least two CPAs. Not only will this help to eliminate any mistakes, but it will also provide our clients with the insight and expertise of two professionals with over 25 years combined experience. In addition, when feasible, we will meet with our clients to review their information to make certain that we understand all that a client has given us. |

Whether at the mechanic, the printers, or the CPA, there is little that is more frustrating than not having someone finish a project when it is promised. When we tell you a tax return or financial statement will be done in a week, it will be done in a week. We do not feel our deadlines are government imposed(March 15, April 15, etc.); our deadlines are client imposed. When we agree to a complettion date with you, we will meet that date. It is our responsibility to set realistic completion dates with you. If we can not meet your deadline, we will let you know upfront and discuss alternatives, but once we make a commitment to you, we will meet it. |

There is little in our lives that is more private than our financial affairs. You can be guaranteed that we will uphold our professional responsibility to only discuss your financial matters with you and anyone you designate would be appropriate (bankers, attorneys,etc.). We will not discuss your financial affairs with friends, family, spouses, clients, etc. To do so would be a significant breech of trust. You can have confidence that your financial affairs will be kept confidential. |

Going to the CPA should not be like going to the dentist (no disrespect meant to dentists). It should be a pleasant experience. We will greet you with a smile and a handshake. We will strive to help you understand the accounting and tax issues that affect your buisness or personal situation. We want you to consider us to be your business partner and firend, not simply your accountant. |

Our experience has shown that fees can generally be agreed to that are satisfactory to both you and us. Our fees are generally based on hourly rates. These rates are based on the person providing the services, the timing of such services, and the types of services being provided. Tax preparation and consultation services are generally priced higher than bookkeeping and payroll services. Prior to beginning work, we can agree to a fixed fee for services to be provided or agree to hourly rates that will be charged. |
